American Barber Institute has students that travel from Westchester. ABI offers prospective students opportunity to become a Master barber in under four months of training .
During the four months of barber training and instruction, students learn about sanitation and sterilization, barber history, NY state board exam prep, as well as techniques such as facial massage, hot towel shaves and styling, haircuts and shaving. Upon completion of our Master Barber Classes, graduates will be offered an opportunity to meet with potential employers. We offer our graduates assistance getting placed in jobs thanks to vast knowledge network -intermediating between fresh talent like yourself and local businesses who know they need top talent to thrive in this competitive industry.
