What documents do I need to use my benefits?
Veterans present a certificate of eligibility and discharge papers (Form DD-214). Our finance department handles the enrollment certification process with the VA — call (212) 290-2289 and we'll walk you through it.
How do I confirm my eligibility?
Reach out to your VA Representative for guidance on education benefits eligibility, and visit the New York State Bureau of Veterans Education for state-level information. Our admissions team can help you get started.
Do benefits cover everything?
Benefits can cover all or part of tuition depending on your chapter and eligibility. Any remaining balance can go on ABI's weekly payment plans from $150 per week — see our financial aid page.
What if I have a service-connected disability?
